Passengers can freely hop on and off at selected stops, exploring each destination independently and at their own pace.
The itinerary includes stops at iconic locations such as Bacalhôa Vinhos, José Maria da Fonseca, Bacalhôa Palace, Quinta de Alcube, Adega de Palmela, and the famous Livramento Market, providing an authentic and comprehensive experience of the region.
This service includes transportation only between the designated Hop-On Hop-Off stops. Admission fees, guided tours, wine tastings, and other experiences at the wineries and attractions are not included in the ticket price. However, passengers benefit from exclusive discounts and special offers at participating partner wineries.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Look4Portugal.
Refunds or cancellation fees will depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the service date: Full refund with no penalties.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the service date: A fee of 50% of the total amount will apply.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service date or no-show: No refund will be provided.
In exceptional circumstances, such as duly justified force majeure events (for example, flight cancellations or medical emergencies), Look4Portugal will assess each case individually to find the best possible solution.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
Look4Portugal reserves the right to cancel a service due to adverse weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
